I am a 29y/o gay male. I met a perfomer in February,at a club, where I donate my promotional services. When we met for a second time, he came home with me and had mutual unprotected intercourse, with no internal ejaculation. At the begining of April, I requested my semi-anual HIV test through my doctor, which I usually annonamously. I got a call from my doctor that it came back posative and was set up with a specialist for more tests for confirmation and accuracy.
As a curtacy, I contacted him to let him know that he should go get tested as a precaution. Now he's threatenning to jump me next time he see's me, even if it's where I work. He's also spreading rumors about me having Aids and trying to infect people. Everytime I go out of my house, I'm being ridiculed. I am so stressed out about it that I'm afraid to go anywhere. I live with my parents and can't afford to move or hire a lawer or I would have done both already.
Please help me. I don't know where to turn or what to do. Are there any laws to protect and/or help me? Please at leaste point me in the right direction..
