i'm not sure i'm understanding the ror/bail system. isn't it to ensure you answer to charges? to protect the public good? maybe i'm naive, but i really did think one had full enjoyment of their liberties until due process found them guilty of a crime. it seems the drug cowboys in calif law enforcement(at least in my area)have found away around those rights by having drug defendents deemed 'searchable' as a condition of release.cuts out the need for thosepeskywarrants it would seem. can this be legal??
