What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA

What can be done when a judge condones abuse? when a judge clearly is biased? There is case going on for years, where a battered woman and an abused Dependent Adult's needs are being totally discounted and abuse by the respondent condoned by a CA judge. Please...help.

What's your proof that the judge has "condoned" abuse, that the judge is "clearly" biased? How do you know that the woman and the adult's needs were "totally" discounted?

How could anyone "help" with so little information and your obviously biased view of the situation?

I'm sure the other side is very pleased to have such an unbiased and impartial jurist.

It's a probate matter that's gone on for years of a trust taken under court supervision. The trustee has stolen and starved out the Dependent Adult and the battered woman. It seems that the judge has not cared or might be biased towards the trustee. If the judge would just remove the trustee as requested and appoint an impartial trustee who is not out for himself, then the abuse would stop. Meanwhile, abuse and gross neglect continues unless judge rectifies the situation by ruling to remove the trustee.

And just what proof exists that the trustee has stolen and starved out the Dependent Adult and the battered woman in this case? What exactly has the trustee stolen, and how has he started them? If this is the situation, then it would be clearly obvious to someone charged with investigating and/or caring for these people, such as a social worker or other person who acts as an advocate for them. Absent specific and definitive proof of this, the judge has no cause nor justification for removing the trustee.

Is it possible that you and the others in this case just disagree with the decisions made and actions taken by this trustee, such that you would claim it is abusive, in order to have the trustee removed?
