ok here's the beef.... i just bought a new $355 gas powered scooter, well some juvenile decided that he was gonna steal it off my porch. well i reported it stolen and the police found it at his house. since the scooter was over 300$ it is a felony case. I bought this scooter for the summer and warm season, felony cases take at least 7 months to process! why do i get punished for something that i didn't do? i would like to drop the charges and let bygon's be bygon's but the state's attorney won't let me!!! i am now going to get my scooter back when snow is on the ground and is there anything i can do to stop him? Please help!
