So I was charged with a MIP in California when I was in the car with three guys and two of them were drunk but the driver and I were both sober but there was beer in the trunk and a ABC cop pulled us over for it. It was not my beer and I was sober but no one would take fault for the beer so they charged us all with MIP. What should I do?
