Why is that my lawyer holding on to my settlement Untill all my medical bills paid off by the "PIP" insurance?

Because all the medical bills need to be completely paid out of that settlement money before you get any of it, that is why.

Worse case scenario is ask him to escrow amount necessary to cover unpaid medical and cut you a check for the remainder. The PIP should be a lay down if health care provider billed properly. If not, not you worry.

nothing comes out of the settlement money.... the medical bills are paid at a 100% by the "PIP insurance" which is up too 50,000 in coverages paid at a 100%

why is that my lawyer holding my settelement money
