unlawful possesion of marijuana with acod

In New York state I received a summons for serving past 4am at a bar. I ended up receiving ACOD for 6 months. How ever, a few weeks later I received a ticket for possessionunlawful possession of marijuana which I will have to go to court for next week. What is going to happen now?

Nobody can speak as to what will happen. You may find that your failure to abide by the conditions of your ACOD will result in you being prosecuted for the possession charge and the original summons.
