Need advice with summons being served.

Hello from Florida. I have filed in small claims for the repayment of a loan. Summons papers have been now sent to 2 different locations not served, the defendant keeps avoiding or moving. What can I do now? Thanks, TLC

Check with the court clerks. Most states allow you some form of alternate service in the event that 'normal' service can't be made. These include delivery to 'anyone at address', 'Nail and Bail' (leaving at last address), to 'Service by Publication' (publish notice in paper).
