I work for a set salary. i was hourly. i normally work 60 hours a week for salary. if i work less than 40 i get docked. but if i work 70 80 90 i get nothing extra .if you take my salary divide it by a hourly rate it is what i was making hourly working 60 hours. i am required to work 6 days a week but if i take a day off i am docked like i am paid for a 5 day work week, i do work 7 days a week also. is there any state of federal laws being overlooked by me or my employer. state of tennessee
