What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? MN I was contacted by phone, which sells timeshares. I do own a timeshare. I completed a transaction over the phone using my debit card. I agreed to pay xxx amount of money for the company to sell the timeshare. Two weeks went by and a contract for me to sign was in the mail. The contract is remains unsigned. The company has yet to contact me. Is it possible to have any or all the money returned and is aphone call debit transaction over the phone legal? Thank you a reply .
