Oklahoma: I had a tree service give an estimate on tree removal. They came and trimmed the tree after me calling and canceling the appt. In the process of trimming the tree, they pushed my Jeep into the street, without my knowledge or permission and somehow managed to damage the parking brake. I have statements from the neighbors saying they saw the guy moving my Jeep manually and I have a statement from the mechanic stating the parking brake was broke due to force.
Will this hold up in small claims court? Do I have a chance of winning and making him pay for the damage?
