I am terribly sorry if this is the wrong area, but I wasn't sure where to ask.

I got a call today from a guy that filed his taxes with a certain tax firm that I filed with last year and years prior. He said that when he got home, he looked through the papers they gave him and my name, SSN, phone number, address, employers, etc were all listed. We had the same last name and they gave HIM my personal info!

What can/should I do?
