What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California-
I recently purchased a new car but it was required to be shipped from one dealer to another. I was informed that my car should be arriving on a specified date, but it did not arrive, Now I get told everyday that hopefully it will arrive tomorrow. I can not even find out were the vehicle is.
How long does this have to go on before I can void the contract?
I do not have anything in writting promising a delivery date.
