What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Illinois

Hello, I bought a bike last summer. Never received my bike. I have evidence receipts etc... and am considering small claims court. If I win the case do I get reimbursed for court filing fees and expenses? I'm considering whether it's worth it or not... it's $290.

Check with the clerk of the court .

In my State court filing fees and cost are stated on the filing form in addition to the amount suing for .
