What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
Georgia is the state

I was arrested in 2006 for felony possession of cocaine. I pled guilty and was offered first offenders. I went through three years of probation and got my record expunged. Now, when I apply for a job I get denied employment quite often because it shows a charge, but no conviction on my background check. The companies that I have been denied at use Hireright as the third party consumer reporting company. I am wanting to know if there is any way I can totally remove this from my criminal background so I can move on with my life? Any help is so gratefully appreciated.

Thank you,
