I currently have a discrimination claim under investigation by the OFCCP. OFCCP were on site conduting both a Corporate Management review and investigation of discrimination charges. Conflict between company and OFCCP began last week and company has refused to allow the OFCCP to continue on site. I was terminated yesterday (my original claim began in April, 2000 and officially filed with OFCCP 10/2000) for insiting employees to join my suit (which is now a class action suit)against the company. There are 3 of us on the original suit, only 2 were terminated. The 3rd person, male who has been with company for 10 years, was not terminated although he was actively recruiting employees.
I also have a charge pending with the EEOC for age discrimination that was forwarded by the OFCCP (I haven't recieved a letter to sue). I have a nonprofit group out of state that has been representing me (nonprofit organization that assists minority and women with discrimination charges).

Can I seek legal counsel to sue for wrongful termination and retaliation? The OFCCP is aware I have been terminated and feels it was retaliation.
