What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Penna, If I had a attorney for 19 years and I was sued in a civil matter and this attornyes cousin in the same building took the case from other cliants to sue me and they won the case is this a conflict of interest being they are in the same firm ?:(

Depends. Are the two attorneys in the same building or the same firm? That is different.
Then, for what did the attorney represent you for 19 years and about what was the civil matter?
