What is the name of your state: MD

Background: bought a truck, company waited 3 weeks to let us know they gave us the wrong amount for the trade. And is currently holding our vehicle until we: a) renegotiate contract w/ proper numbers, b.) coming to get the camry. The lawyer advised to meet in the middle, or make them stick to the contract and risk being sued for 6000 from the dealer in the future.

After deliberating all day, we decided to take our camry back, and end the contract.

Potential problems: the truck was titled, so may not qualify as a new vehicle and the dealer loses money. We also took a trip and the odometer reads 300 plus miles.

Will this cause toyota not to want to rescind the deal? Can they still force us to their terms by keeping our camry hostage since we legally own the tundra?

I just want to cover my bases, and be prepared for some crazy stuff.
