I have a relative who was busted in the state of Indiana on the following FEDERAL charges and is now under FEDERAL indictment: Possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance, Maintaining a drug residence, possession of a firearm in furtherance of drug trafficking. Can anyone give me an idea of what kind of time he may be facing?
