Washington. Purchased new boat 5/2010. Per warranty policy of builder, dealer submitted bids [in the form of a claim] for cosmetic/structural repairs. Eventually (10/2010) builder approved about 60% of bids but no funds distributed. Builder of our boat including other builders all under 'parent' boatbuilder are all viable organizations today. We have document indicating approval of said 60%.
