221.05 Summons (in need of advice)

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? ny
i just received a summons in violation of penal code 221.05. i have a year old marijuana ACD which was sealed and dismissed. since it was sealed by the court, is there a way to use the previous offense against me?

still the same answer, don't plea anything without legal representation. thats just the way the game is played.

the ACOD that was completed will not come up again, and if you get a lawyer (public or private) you are likely to get another ACOD plus some fines and fees.
