What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? TEXAS

Does anyone know how long or why the state would take this long to indict on a case? It's been 9 months??

In some counties they may wait until the lab results come back positive before indicting the case. It can easily take nine months or more for results if they are using a DPS lab. What county is this?
