What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Wisconsin.

I got busted for possession of THC last night and I'm trying to keep it a secret from my parents. I currently live at a dorm but i do know that lawyers can and have sent mail concerning another ticket to my parents house. I changed my mailing address but i feel like it probably doesn't take effect with lawyers or government agencies.
Help me out, please!
