Minor A wants to purchase stereo equip. Minor B knows a seller - who is an adult. Minor A pays Minor B for the equipment, Minor A receives the equipment.

Minor A got in big troubl with his parents who want to void the contract. Who does he have the contract with the adult or Minor B?

regardless of who the parties to the contract are, the minors are ready for a party and that's all that really counts.

I think somebody (a seller- who is an adult) is going to be pissed because nobody gave him any money.
