What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? OR

Someone I know recently borrowed some of their roommate's Adderall for studying. This was after a constant back-and-forth permission-less taking of clothing items on both sides. The roommate is now threatening to press charges for theft and drug possession apparently. How likely is it that this will end up being anything to worry about? The roommate now has all the Adderall back in her possession so there is no hard evidence of this person taking it other than the roommate's word and friends' word.
