What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? OHIO

Back in 1998 my now husband was charged with trafficking weed and was given 5 yrs probation and has since stayed out of trouble until this past friday. He was pulled over late after work on a routine traffic violation but the cop was suspicious and asked to search him. A rolled up dollar bill was in his pocket but no drugs were found on him. I don't know if the dollar bill was clean or not but it probably was used and the drug residue would've been vicodin. He was then charged with drug parapheernalia in the 4th degree. We have no idea what to expect tomorrow and any information would be appreciated. Thanks.
