Is a Power of Attorney good throughout the country. In my example I live in California but due to circumstances I will need to have a Power of Attorney executed / notarized in the state of Illinois. In this example once the POA is notorized in Illinois is it valid everywhere?
What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California
