non profit organization

Here is my question, We went to a lawyer and register a non-profit organization, but I want to know if legally we need to do something else in the state of PA where we are located at, so that when we ordained our students they can be authorize to perform marriage in PA. And also that our organization is recognize legally. We want to take all the correct steps, and do it the correct way, any advise pleeeeeeeeeease.
