Hello.
I got caught with 3 pills of ecstasy in Arizona. I'm over 18.
However, i got caught a year ago in Scottsdale on 6/17/2010 and spent 5-6 hours in jail (that night) and was released a few hours later. The officer took the three pills and said they will test to see if it is ecstasy.
I never received any information on my court summon/date. I don't have the arresting officers information. Or anything.
Any advice on what I should do? Its close to being a year with no court summon. I'm afraid that I might have missed it.
