What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Ohio

When I was 20 years old I was charged with underage drinking and driving, possession of marijuana and paraphanlia in Ohio, all misdemeanors. More than 10 years later, I was denied owning a gun. After reading many posts, it seems that Ohio is extremely strict regarding gun ownership, but that there is an appeal process that can seal my charges. Any info regarding this appeal process in Ohio would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
