What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? FL
We bought a home 2 years ago that had a swimming pool already installed 2.5 years previously. Parts of the coping have started slipping forward in different parts of the perimiter. A paver expert has examined the coping around the pool and after pulling up a 10 ft sections found that the coping was installed incorrectly. Can I hold the pool builder responsible for repairs due to the Slavin rule and neglicence in the instalation and poor workmanship?
