What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Alaska I am currently on the run on posession with intent to sale. The question that I have is if my co-defendant pleaded guilty to all charges will my case be dismissed

Because the other person in the room told them that it all belonged to them and then pleaded guilty to the charges

That is a BIG FAT NO! Why? Because you are currently on the run. If you were innocent, why run? Sorry but you have issues. Do not expect your case to EVER be dismissed.
