I live in Illinois and received a year of court supervision due to a paraphernalia case (misdemeanor). The charge would be expunged following satisfactory completion of the supervision. A few months later I caught a case for retail theft (also misdemeanor) trying to steal for a stupid heroin addiction, proceeded to go to rehab, and I have trial coming in July.

My questions are:
What, if any, chance do I have for my drug charge to be expunged still?

and

Is the drug charge considered a conviction at the moment, or is that decided when they re-evaluate my court supervision?

Thanks in advance.
