I have been waiting for info on my work comp case for over a year. I just received a registered letter in the mail that my lawyer had been suspended last July (2000). Apparently nothing has been done with my case since then and
he is just getting around to notifying me now. Would this
be grounds for legal action against my lawyer??? Thank you.
