A vendor that has an exclusive right to sell an imported product is refusing to sell to myself and anyone they choose. Is this legal. They are the sole distributor of this product in the US.

I'm kind of curious myself. Not only WHY they refuse to sell specifically to you, but what this "imported product" is that they are refusing to sell.
