Hi, we have a sole proprietorship in the state of Nevada with no employees. Do we still need to register with the Nevada State tax board? I was under the impression that all taxes would be handled on the income and expense statement filed with the personal taxes of the sole prop. We have tried to register with the tax board but none of the initial questions apply (https://www.nevadatax.nv.gov/WEB/BusinessRegistration/NBR/NBRStart.aspx), at least to our understanding. Any help is greatly appreciated. We thank everyone in advance for their time and consideration.
