What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida

I bought an extended warranty from my local car dealership. They processed the down payment properly, but have not processed the recurring monthly payments (it was set up to be automatically deducted from my checking account). I have not made any claims.

I have contacted the dealership, but they have not straightened it out yet, nor do they return my calls. What is my status if I should make a claim on the warranty I bought?

You KNOW the payments haven't been automatically deducted, so you've been sending checks each month until it's straightened out, right? If not, then your policy has not been paid for and may not be in force.
