My husband bought a used car yesterday "as is". He was
Driving it today and it has started stalling on him.
We had the same problem a while back witht the same type of
car. It is the transmition. We know we can not fill under
the lemon law but is there a law against selling a used vehilcle that is breaking down. The sell man told us there was nothing wrong with the car that is ran great. Is the a consumer protection law in the state of North Carolina? Can we make him pay of it or give him the car back and get our money back? Thank for any advise.
