We own a small S corp in Mn. Not even 1 yr. old. My partner decided since I would not break the lease and move to a larger city with the business she wanted out.
I did agree to buy her out for her initial investment. Against the advice of a lawyer and a banker, however, it was $ well spent to be a sole owner.
Now I am curious who pays the attorney fees to have all this paperwork drawn up to get her signed off the company?
Do we split it, or does the business have to pay for yet another thing? We have not yet talked about this part of it...
