As the title says I need help with starting an S Corp in California. I have done lots of research on structures and decided to go with an S Corp but have been reading conflicting things about what I need to do. I was hoping someone here could give me alittle outline on how I should proceed. By the way I know there are incorporating "kits" for sale but I am determined to do this on my own, so any help is much appreciated
