What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California

I am looking to find out if anyone knows laws surrounding using a different companies product in my own product. An example would be making a beer mustard with let's say Anchor Steam beer. If I want to put on my label something like "starring Anchor Steam beer!" can I do that? Do I need Anchor's permission?

Thanks.

You can use their product, the problem is using their TRADEMARK. They will quite likely have an issue with your infrigement of their mark.
