What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Illinois

Is there a statute of limitation, to bring lawyers to court after there
is a settlement in the divorce case?

I also don't know if I have a case of negligence on one lawyer and
malpractice? on another? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Illinois
