If a logo is altered to be funny and sold this way is this an infringment?

I am from Canada and I want to create shirts using a modified version of a corporate logo. It does not contain the company's name, only the basic design and coloring. The modified version would be a parody of the logo, but I am unsure if this is ok. Would I be able to sell this without being sued?
