What is the name of.your state (only U.S. law)? Texas. If me and a friend where arrested for possession more than 1 less than 4 during a traffic stop and I was unaware of the content but my friend didn't fess up and now that we where released he is going to say they were his drugs, will that help me from being let off the charge?
