I was hit by a company truck 13 months ago that backed into
me and knocked down in the rain and am now experiencing difficulty with my artificial knee, which I have seen my personal doctor who recommends surgery on my knee, and the company sent me to another doctor for a second opinion and both doctors gave like reports of my need for repair of the
knee. I want to use my personal doctor however he lives in TX rather than OK. I was told I would have to get a court order to use a doctor who is not licensed in my own state. Is that a fact? Can I have my own doctor do the surgery? What is OK law regarding seeing my own doctor in TX?
