What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Michigan but covers every state. I have several legal domain names which I want to build into information capture sites for lawyers. I understand that you cannot legally sell a lead to a lawyer.

However, How would I legally be able to capture information of people looking to talk with an opinion about their possible case and sell this information? Would I have to lease the territory out to an attorney and have the info go to him/her and be a technology transfer platform service and charge for the service of the domain name and search engine optimization to capture the info?

Any help would be appreciated...

I'm sure you would appreciate help, but it's STILL an unethical practice.

We don't help people break, bend, or get around the laws.
