I have a business going that is doing really well. My friend, who has nothing to do with the business, got into a conversation with me about helping me promote it. I would not mind his help and it would probably be really good for my business. I am afraid that in the future, he might seek to claim he did a large deal to get the business off the ground and that he may claim compensation for the value he added. I will compensate him for the work he will do, but I will not allow any part of my business into his hands. Are there any legal documents that I can get him to sign that take away this liability and insure that any future confusion is eliminated?

Thank you, any help is appreciated!
