is it true that if someone is to be extradited from one state to another law says if they are not transported within 10 days they are free to walk? my son was convicted in north carolina 5 years probation and was arrested in west virginia for missing a few family counciling classes. he was found guilty to sexual abuse...n.c states that my son got a bum rap. because the girl admitted lying about it on the stand...how do i get my son out of jail if the question i am asking is true today makes day 10. thanks
