I am in michigan and I started a taxi business with an ex friend. We bought a van together for use as a taxi for the business and our names are on the title. He has left the business and has not spent one dime on any payments. I have proof that all the payments have been made by me as i Put them on my personal credit card. He refuses to sign off on the van. Can I sue him for half the payments or get a judgement where he is forced to sign off? Since the van was bought for use as a taxi in a busines and he is not part of the business anymore, can he do anything??? Thanks
