What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Oregon & Arizona
Two people started one company in Arizona called crappy company of Arizona, LLC. Then two months later they formed another company called crappy company of Oregon, LLC. (I've changed the first two words of the company name to protect all parties.)
The two business licenses for each state are listed under each specific name and not combined together by any means.
An attorney for the two people contacted me saying he is represents crappy company, LLC. which does not exisit to my knowledge and I have done so much research with no success of finding the company he refers too.
Does this mean anything? What are my options?
